In this Returns Policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to POWERBOX.
You may return your items to us for the following reasons:
- if the item is faulty, in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the fault we may either repair the item, replace it, or provide a refund
How to return your items
Items must be returned with all included parts, accessories, installation materials and original packaging, where applicable.
To request a return, email [email protected] with your order number, contact details and reason for return.
If returning an item by post:
- Pay the return postage before sending the item. We do not accept cash-on-delivery returns.
- Use tracked or insured postage. You remain responsible for the item until it reaches us.
- Include a copy of your order confirmation.

Return-postage costs are not reimbursed unless the item is faulty or reimbursement is required under Australian Consumer Law.
How we assess and process returns
We inspect returned items before approving a refund, repair or replacement. Faulty items are assessed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
Change of Mind Policy
Our Change of Mind Policy does not apply to:
- replacement cartridges
The item must:
- Be returned within 30 days of purchase or delivery.
- Be in As New Condition.
- Include proof of purchase.
- Include the original packaging.
- Include all supplied parts, accessories and installation materials.
“As New Condition” means the item is unused, uninstalled, undamaged and complete, with its original packaging and all included parts and accessories.
Our Change of Mind Policy is in addition to, and in no way limits, your legal entitlement and existing rights under Australian Consumer Law.
